Leah Amico
3 Time Olympic Gold Medalist (USA Softball: 1996, 2000, 2004), 2 Time World Champion (1998, 2002) and 3 Time NCAA National Champion (University of Arizona: 1993, 1994, 1997), Leah Amico is no stranger to the pressure and fulfillment experienced through sport. Throughout her remarkable career, Leah was named the 1997 NCAA Woman of the Year for the state of Arizona, named in 2006 to the NCAA Division I Softball 25th Anniversary Team, inducted into the National Softball Hall of Fame in 2009, Athletes In Action Hall of Faith in 2008 and Fellowship of Christian Athletes Hall of Fame in 2016. Rounding out her accomplishments, Leah holds the Women’s College World Series Record for batting average in a single tournament, hitting .750 (9 for 12) in 1994 and is the first USA Olympic Softball player to win a gold medal after becoming a mom. Today, Leah draws from her experience in sport, and in life, as an ESPN Analyst for College Softball, Westwood Radio Analyst for Finals at the Women’s College World Series and serving as Keynote speaker for various events. Leah was introduced to Jesus by a teammate, who became a dear friend and mentor, when she was in college. This same friend went home to be with Jesus at the young age of 21, but the impact of her testimony lives on to this day as Leah now spends a great deal of her time mentoring young softball players to recognize their value and identity in Christ. Leah loves Jesus with her whole heart, and loves living out this amazing journey of life with her husband and three sons. http://leah20.com
Lecrae
Two-time GRAMMY winning hip-hop artist and bestselling author Lecrae had inspired millions with his redemptive and gut-honest art. But when his personal life spun into chaos, he was forced to face the buried impact of the unhealed wounds--sexual abuse, physical trauma, addiction, and depression--that threatened to tear it all apart. Along the way, he realized the wounds we all carry have the potential to be unlikely guides to healing and freedom for ourselves, and others. With vulnerable honesty and transformational yet simple steps you can apply today, Lecrae shares the personal practices he uses in his daily life for mental, emotional, and spiritual health. With powerful prose, he gives an unflinching look at the personal and public spaces that sadly hurt us so often--culture, politics, family, church, personal failure--and reminds us that learning to let go and forgive is the birthplace for the life of creativity and freedom God has for us. I Am Restored is an inspiring charge to embrace the lasting healing and restoration available now, and that we all desperately long for, because no matter what you've experienced, God is near, He hears, and He's not done with you yet. http://lecrae.com
