Bill Fletcher
Founder The Goodness Project Founded in 1999, The Goodness Project is consistently ranked as one of the largest charities of its kind, based on private, non-government support. The Goodness Project is an international non-profit relief organization with distribution centers in four cities across America and Canada. We deliver food, medicine, clothing, toys, school supplies, mattresses, safety equipment, furniture, and other necessary resources to individuals, children, families, and non-profits who lack these essentials resources. We also provide high-energy, impactful assemblies in public schools that challenge kids to be a change agent by eradicating bullying, self-harm, and other destructive behaviors from their lives. With distribution centers in three major American cities, one in Canada, and one in Israel, we collaborate with churches, city officials, and volunteers to supply, package, and distribute vital resources to families in crisis. Our Debully teams go into schools across North America. Bill Fletcher is a seasoned leader with a heart for impacting lives. With over 20 years of experience pastoring and pioneering churches, he has dedicated his life to spreading love and goodness. As the founder of The Goodness Project, Bill combines his passion for serving others with his expertise in the nonprofit sector, where he has been an industry leader for over 30 years. Recognized globally as a dynamic speaker in business management for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, Bill shares invaluable insights to inspire positive change. Alongside his wife of 33 years, Rachelle Fletcher, Bill is a devoted family man with two grown daughters, Brianna Halverson and Katelynn Fletcher. Based in the vibrant DFW metroplex, Bill finds joy in the fast-paced world of race car driving when he's not busy making a difference in the lives of others. Join him on the journey of spreading goodness and creating a brighter future for all.
