Jonathan Kerr
At the tender age of 12 years, Jonathan was diagnosed with sickle cell disease. His body went into crisis and he was admitted to the hospital where doctors told his Mom I wouldn’t live to past 14 years old, and that he would not be able to have children. Clearly God had other plans!
In 2021, Jonathan contracted COVID-19. My blood oxygen levels were extremely low, and his kidneys shut down, eventually seeing Jonathan going into to Cardiac Arrest. Gratefully, the Lord answered prayers once again and Jonathan survived. It took almost 1 year to regain his strength and re-learn how to walk and begin playing the drums again.
Jonathan’s story is one of hope and he wants people to know God is always fighting for them.
