Rosemary Siemens
Originally from Plum Coulee, Manitoba, four-time GMA Covenant Award winning violinist and vocalist Rosemary Siemens has performed at the Grand Ole Opry, three times at St. Peter’s Basilica, four times at Carnegie Hall, for two U.S. Presidents and Canadian Prime Ministers, and was the first violinist to ever perform at the Sistine Chapel at the Vatican since its first mass in 1483. In addition to being awarded Bluegrass Artist of the Year at Nashville’s Inspirational Country Music Awards, Rosemary has also performed a wide range of events from Hockey Night in Canada to the National Prayer Breakfast, to countless hospital and charity galas. Rosemary’s weekly YouTube show Sunday Hymn Serenade has received over 35 million views, 200,000 subscribers (100 million views across social media) and her passion is to Bring Back The Hymns. Since the launch of Rosemary’s hymn ministry in the fall of 2019, it has grown exponentially – touching the lives of millions of people around the world and bringing peace to many during troubled times. Alongside her husband, internationally award winning saxophonist Eli Bennett and their duo SaxAndViolin, Rosemary was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond and Platinum Jubilee medals for her contribution to the arts in Canada, and Eli and Rosemary recently received a letter of thanks from The Queen for their recording of “God Save The Queen”. http://rosemarysiemens.com
