Jessica and Immaneul An
Restaurant owners, Immanuel and Jessica An, share their amazing journey of immigrating to Canada from South Korea over 15 years ago – through it all, the An family have made many sacrifices and learned to rely deeply on their faith in God each step of the way. Despite having no prior experience, Immanuel and Jessica started up Union Jack Fish and Chips, and they are now successfully operating 5 stores in Southern Ontario. Jessica is also a gifted pianist and has been able to share her music with others by playing for seniors in long term care homes and hospitals. Jessica has found that through her music, people’s hearts have been touched and encouraged, especially as they endure times of sickness and loneliness. Jessica believes this is a tangible way she can give back to Canadians...and she is proud and grateful to also call herself Canadian. http://iloveunionjack.com
