Convoy of Hope has a strong history in Guatemala after several faithful responses to natural disasters. With a population of nearly 17 million people, Guatemala has some of the highest rates of malnutrition in the world. Having recently started a permanent national presence there, Convoy and their partners are addressing this need by establishing Children’s Feeding and Women’s Empowerment programs throughout the country. https://convoyofhope.org/
Dobie Weasel
Our Producer for First Peoples Voices, Crystal Lavallee, has been busy mentoring 5 Indigenous youth in media so that they can reach their communities with God’s love. One of the ways they are gathering content is by asking their friends from across Turtle Island to record and send in testimonies. Today’s testimony comes to us from Omaha, Nebraska! Pastor Dobie has a passion for seeing lives changed through the power of the gospel. Having grown up in an alcoholic home, and he himself being set free from a lifestyle of drugs and alcohol, Dobie knows first-hand about the life-changing power of God. https://dreamcityomaha.church/
