Bashir Sabir
Bashir says God called him out to quit his sales job in Pakistan to preach the gospel of Christ. Eventually he and his family were persecuted and accused of blasphemy against Prophet Mohammed. His family was attacked, beaten and wounded. Eventually Bashir was able to immigrate to Canada. Bashir still has a dream to return to Pakistan especially because of the five churches he had started that are now scattered. “It feels like I’m a Shepard that abandoned his flock”. Despite all he has been through, his faith remains strong.
