As a response to the overwhelming tragedies in Indigenous communities, First Peoples Voices gathered Indigenous leaders from across Turtle Island (North America) – 13 Indigenous ministries were represented: BC, AB, SK, NWT, ON, QU, plus Pennsylvania and Georgia! They lead out in prayer and worship. They invited many of you to join as well, and a powerful time was shared as you stood alongside our Indigenous brothers and sisters in Christ, to strengthen their arms! Many led out in their native languages; crying out for hope to be restored. Everyone was confident God heard these prayers and know He is working behind the scenes. Many Indigenous were deeply impacted by the prayers from non-Indigenous people; and vice versa. Thousands of people have engaged on social media and continue to do so. If you missed this Prayer Rally, you can still watch it by visiting https://FirstPeoplesVoices.ca/. We are excited to host our next Prayer Rally in May 2021 – more details will follow soon!
