Tammie Jo Shults

Shults’s early interest in flying led her to become one of the first female F/A-18 Hornet pilots in the United States Navy after overcoming several obstacles due to her gender. Addison Aspilla
Addison Aspilla is the Associate Pastor at Bramalea Free Methodist Church in Brampton, ON. Stuck in quarantine, Addison was forced to reimagine what it meant to fulfill God’s mission while practicing social distancing. Physically limited from local church ministry; Addison began the personal challenge to love as many people as he could through quality time. He is now sitting down with 1000 people, 1-on-1, for 1-hour at a time over video chat in order to help flatten the curve of social isolation. You can follow Addison’s journey on Instagram @a.thousand.stories.project. Addison Also developed the “Love Each Other” (LEO) Challenge. The LEO Challenge gives viewers practical challenges to Love Each Other despite the limitations of physical distancing and physical touch. Quality time with 1000 people over video chat is not practical for most Huntley viewers. However, many viewers might be willing and able to try something like choreographing a silly dance routine with the family at home. The goal is to encourage friends and three generational families: grandparents, parents, and grandchildren to spend quality time together; especially during this time.
