Eve Nakabembe
With over 15 years’ experience in both Global Health and Obstetrics -Gynecology, Dr Eve is a recipient of several awards including Uganda’s National Heroes Medal: Golden Jubilee Medal and the Rising Star Award from Grand Challenges Canada. Her work focuses on multidisciplinary approaches to reducing Global Maternal Newborn Morbidity and Mortality--in other words, how to reduce the number of mothers and babies dying from preventable pregnancy complications by getting everyone involved in helping to save their lives. Dr Eve is an experienced author and speaker. She has a full-time practise in Uganda and has delivered thousands of Ugandan mothers.
