Lana Rudenko
Lana and Luda were born in Ternopil in Western Ukraine, which at that time was a part of the Soviet Union. Their parents were in the ministry and due to that they have experienced persecution from the KGB. Before their father was ordained, their home was searched at gunpoint. They fled the country in May of 1989, and one year later arrived in Toronto. They started to attend a small Ukrainian Pentecostal church on Bathurst street. Later in the nineties their father became the pastor of this church now called Ukrainian Full Gospel. Both Lana and Luda have been in the ministry since their youth. They both serve on the church leadership team. Lana is the treasurer and worship leader; Luda is in charge of Women's ministry and is involved in the worship team as well. Both Lana and Luda have day jobs. Luda is the Executive Director of the Canadian Ukrainian Immigrant Aid Society, and Lana is on the senior management team of Ukrainian Credit Union Limited responsible for the Credit Department. Two years ago, Luda and her husband David adopted two boys from Eastern Ukraine. Lana and Luda, together with their brothers, parents and children have dedicated their lives to preaching the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom. http://ufgc.ca
