Paul's nearly forty-years working as a project specialist with international non-profits, have given him wide-spread exposure to a variety of approaches in many different settings. These experiences, combined with his unique blend of administrative skills and creativity have often helped him lead people to think “outside the box” yet in a way that is tied to practical application and getting things done.
