Monica Kay is passionate about investing in young leaders. She worked in Montreal and Toronto with Athletes in Action for ten years, and has been with LAUNCH, a leadership development program of Youth Unlimited Toronto, for over 11 years, directing the program for the last eight. She is a graduate of Arrow Leadership and now serves with them, and is currently doing her Doctor of Ministry in Leadership at Tyndale Seminary. She loves Ultimate Frisbee, art, music, covid-free travel and her family.
